Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the StreamerKit platform, offered by VEVIDD COMPANY LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ no. 63.606.368/0001-18, with its registered office at Av. Guido Caloi, 1000, Andar 4, Bloco 5, Jardim São Luís, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05802-140 ("StreamerKit", "we").
These Terms apply to every StreamerKit product and channel (the "Service"):
- the streamerkit.net website;
- the web dashboard at live.streamerkit.net and its APIs;
- the ingest servers (SRT/SRTLA) and the cloud OBS;
- the StreamerKit iOS app;
- the StreamerKit plugin for OBS Studio;
- the in-dashboard support chat and the Discord server.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using any part of the Service, you declare that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be 18 or older, or have your legal guardian's authorization, to subscribe to the Service.
- Access is through login with Twitch, Kick, Google (YouTube) or Apple. You are responsible for keeping the accounts used for login secure and for all activity carried out in your StreamerKit account, including login codes and tokens generated for devices, plugins and apps.
- You must provide truthful information. For Pix payments we collect CPF and phone number, required by the payment processor.
- An account is personal. You may delegate access to moderators and share ingest endpoints with other users; you remain responsible for whatever is done on your channel through those delegations and you can revoke them at any time.
3. The Service
StreamerKit provides cloud streaming infrastructure: video ingest over SRT and SRTLA (link bonding), cloud OBS, disconnection protection (automatic BRB), simultaneous restreaming to platforms such as Twitch, YouTube and Kick, an overlay editor (canvas), media storage for use in overlays, and integrations with apps and devices.
We may evolve, change or discontinue features. Changes that substantially reduce what you subscribed to will be announced at least 30 days in advance and give you the right to cancel with a pro rata refund of the unused period.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- Plans, prices, limits (for example, the number of ingest endpoints and storage space) and included features are described on the pricing page and in the dashboard at the time of subscription. The price shown is the total price, in Brazilian reais, taxes included.
- Payments are processed by third parties: Stripe (card), Woovi (Pix, including Pix Automático for recurring charges) and Apple (in-app purchases on iOS). We do not store card data.
- Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You are told about the renewal and the amount before you confirm the subscription.
- You can cancel at any time in the dashboard (card or Pix plans) or in your Apple ID subscription settings (plans purchased on iOS). Cancelling stops future charges and your access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
- If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and the Service may be suspended until the situation is resolved. Account data is preserved as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Price increases will be announced at least 30 days in advance and only apply from the following renewal; you may cancel before the new price is charged.
- Trial or complimentary periods granted by StreamerKit are free of charge and do not convert automatically into a paid subscription.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
- Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, with a full refund of the amount paid. Just request it by e-mail at streamer.kit@streamerkit.net or through the support chat in the dashboard; we will confirm receipt and the refund will be issued through the same payment method.
- For subscriptions purchased through the iOS app, the refund is processed by Apple. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com; if you have any trouble, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
- Outside the withdrawal period, cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period, except in the event of significant unavailability of the Service caused by us, in which case we will issue a pro rata refund.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights to the video, audio, images and other material you stream or upload to the Service (the "Content").
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to receive, store, process, transcode and restream the Content solely to operate the Service according to your settings. This licence ends when you remove the Content or close your account, except for transient copies and backups deleted in the normal cycle.
- You declare that you hold the necessary rights to the Content and the licences for any music, trademarks and images you use.
- Media storage is subject to your plan's limits. We may remove Content that breaches these Terms or the law, notifying you whenever possible.
- We do not record your streams. The video feed passes through our servers only in transit, in temporary buffers needed for processing.
7. Third-party platform integrations
- By connecting Twitch, Kick, Google/YouTube or Apple accounts, you authorize StreamerKit to access the data and permissions described on each platform's authorization screen, for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke that authorization at any time in the dashboard or in the platform's own settings.
- You may only connect and stream to channels you own or are authorized to operate.
- Use of the platforms remains subject to their own terms. In particular, by using the YouTube integration you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy.
- StreamerKit is independent and is not sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, Kick, Google, YouTube, Apple or any other platform. We are not liable for unavailability, API changes, suspensions or bans applied by those platforms.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- stream or store illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaches the destination platforms' rules;
- overload, attack or attempt to circumvent technical or plan limits, including sharing a paid account with third parties to get around those limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization;
- access other users' accounts, channels or data without authorization;
- break the law or these Terms in any other way.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, with prior notice whenever possible.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service continuously available, but live streaming depends on factors outside our control, such as your device's connection, mobile networks, the destination platforms and cloud providers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when it affects usage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, without prejudice to section 5 regarding significant unavailability caused by us.
10. Intellectual property
The software, the StreamerKit brand, the design and the Service's materials belong to VEVIDD COMPANY LTDA or its licensors. Open-source components (such as OBS Studio) remain under their respective licences. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any rights over our intellectual property beyond using the Service as subscribed.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by asking support (e-mail or dashboard chat); we complete it within 15 days. Deletion cancels active subscriptions, removes your data and Content as described in the Privacy Policy, and shuts down the associated cloud resources.
- We may close an account in case of a breach of these Terms, prolonged non-payment or a legal requirement. Inactive accounts without a subscription for a prolonged period may be removed after notice by e-mail.
12. Liability
- We are liable for damage we cause through defective provision of the Service, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights the law grants to consumers.
- We are not liable for damage arising from: failures of your connection or your equipment; acts of the destination platforms (including bans, API changes or unavailability); use of the Service in breach of these Terms; or Content streamed by you.
- You are liable to third parties and to StreamerKit for losses caused by Content or unlawful use for which you are responsible.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance by e-mail or through a notice in the dashboard. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect. Using the Service after that date means you accept the new version. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumers, the courts of your own domicile apply. In all other cases, the courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP apply.
